Ted Koppel Impersonator

Ted Koppel Impersonator

On-camera actor Tim Beasley has been performing in feature films, video productions, local and national TV commercials and syndicated network TV series in a very wide range of roles.

From his easy abilities as a "script performer," he's portrayed the typical biz executive many times, also as "men in uniform" as Texas Rangers, FBI agents, police patrol men, NAVY Captains, even Admirals, Generals and Presidents!

Yes, a very wide range of  "celebrities" and other unique characterizations since the mid 1980's...35+ years now! In prior years he was also a comedian reprising his impersonation roles of "Johnny Carson, Ronald Reagan, Tarzan, Freddy Krueger, and "ABC NIGHTLINE PERSONALITY TED KOPPEL"

He had performed "Ted's" voice impressions for radio station comedy bits, which then evolved into full look alike impersonation appearances on cable TV in "late night" comedy series.

His latest, and probably most interesting role as "Ted Koppel," came about as film producer Nick Loeb contacted him and recruited Tim for his "Ted Koppel" to perform in a psuedo-documentary-drama about the controversial "Rowe vs Wade" landmark ruling by the Supreme Court of the United States on legalized abortion.

Tim admits he wanted to do this film as he wanted to be in the production with Oscar-winner actor Jon Voight, who is one of the lead and central characters as "Chief Justice Warren Burger," and also another entertainer- actor friend, John "Bo Duke" Schneider, who portrays another key Supreme Court figure of that time, "Justice White."
